Mr. Fleming has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having been active in real estate finance, resort development, and commercial brokerage. Prior to forming Knightsbridge, Mr. Fleming was a managing member of a $200 million ranch resort project in Southwest Colorado. Previously, Mr. Fleming was a perennial top producer for Belgravia Capital and upon its sale, was a Senior Director of a NYSE finance firm. Over the course of his career, Mr. Fleming has originated and structured over $1 Billion of debt, mezzanine and equity transactions. Mr. Fleming holds a B.S. from the University of California – Irvine and is a licensed California real estate broker.

Jeffrey L. Tomei

Mr. Tomei has over 18 years of experience structuring equity, mezzanine, and debt transactions for developers and operators of commercial real estate assets. Prior to forming Knightsbridge and running his own capital advisory firm for several years, Mr. Tomei held responsibility for over $3 billion of securitized commercial real estate loans, managing the CMBS business for a NYSE finance firm. In addition to his management roles, Mr. Tomei was a leading producer of debt and equity originations, and as Managing Director, was responsible for maintaining the capital market relationships for Belgravia Capital. Mr. Tomei holds a B.S. from Arizona State University and is a licensed California real estate broker.
